Emergency Oxygen Administration
 
Administering emergency oxygen, rescue breathing and oxygen delivery devices as well as
maintenance of oxygen devices. 
This program meets the FDA requirements for oxygen training
and administration.
 
 1 - 3 training hours
 
Fire Extinguisher Use
 
Basic anatomy of fire, sizes and types of fire, scene control and evacuation, placement,
types and use of extinguishers,
and determining whether to fight a fire or flee.
 
1.5 - 2 training hours
 
Professional Rescuer
CPR / A.E.D.
 
Scene safety, legal issues, breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children, AED certification, suctioning, use of a bag-valve-mask, oral / nasal airways and 2 rescuer CPR.
 
3.5 - 7.5 training hours
(Time based on initial or recertification)
 
Standard CPR / A.E.D.
 
Scene safety, legal issues, infection control, breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children, AED certification and 2 rescuer CPR. 
 
3.5 - 5 training hours
(Time based on particular site needs)
 
Standard First Aid
   
Scene safety, legal issues,
disease prevention, identifying and caring for breathing and cardiac
emergencies, bleeding, sudden illness and injuries.
