     Emergency Planning is crucial for any type of home or facility. Any commercial facility with 10 or more employees must comply with OSHA Standards 29 CFR 1910.36 (Means of Egress), 1910.38 (Emergency & Fire Prevention Plans) and 1910.165 (Employee Alarm Systems).  A written Emergency Response Plan must include procedures for emergencies that are most likely to occur at your facility.
